GBUK Group originally sent through an enquiry as they were unsure which of their products they wanted to get made into a bespoke shaped stress ball. We looked into few options and a decision was made to proceed with a bespoke shaped FloJac lifting device and also a syringe as these were the shapes best suited to be made into a stress ball.

PRODUCT IMAGES SUPPLIED
We were originally sent this image of the syringe that the design was to be based on, which is enough for us to work from.
DESIGN BRIEF CREATED
After some discussions the marketing team, we were provided a set of PDF images laying out their design requirements in detail, including print requirements, a QR code and all pantone references. The order was to be split into two colours to follow brand guidelines for the two different divisions.
HAND SCULPTURED RESIN DESIGN
Having such great images to work from, our team of master sculptors re-created the syringe design in resin. These images were sent to GBUK Group to check they were happy with the size and design. No changes were required but at this stage, however we could have made adjustments to the design if they necessary.
FINAL STAGE - BULK PRODUCTION
With the resin images approved we started on the sample images. These were made in the specified pantones and printed with the logos and QR code. Images of both designs were emailed to the customer for approval from their marketing team. Once the sample images were approved the syringes were sent for bulk manufacture before being swiftly dispatched to the customer.
