This page details how we manufactured two bespoke griffin stress balls for their promotional activities.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED DESIGNS
The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) contacted us to create two bespoke stress balls. An adult griffin stress ball and a baby griffin stress ball. Here is the rendered image they supplied for the baby griffin. Although rendered images are helpful, we can work from basic design sketches, technical drawings or photos.
RESIN SCULPTURES
Our highly skilled master sculptors used the rendered images to create a resin sculpture for both the adult and the baby griffin shapes. The sculptures were photographed from various angles, along with measurements and supplied to the client for approval.
PRE PRODUCTION SAMPLES
Once the resin sculptures were approved by the client, we made one-off master tooling, spray masks and setup the prints. A handful of samples were made and photographed for approval. A small change was made to the logo by the client, and the items were approved for mass production.
FINAL PRODUCT IMAGES
With the pre-production samples approved, we began the mass production and a few weeks later the final product was received by the client. Here are the final product images.
