SKETCH OF INITIAL DESIGNS
Safelane Global Ltd contacted us to create two bespoke stress balls, one a mine with spikes, the second a bomb shape. All we needed was an idea of the shapes required, and once the order was booked it was over to the factory to create the initial sculptures.
RESIN SCULPTURES
Our highly skilled master sculptors used a number of reference images, and dimensions to create very detailed resin sculptures of both shapes for approval. The sculptures were perfect for the client who approved them right away. After this stage we make production tooling from the resin sculptures, so we can 'foam' the shapes into the real stress product.
SAMPLE RUN
With the resin prototype was approved, a small run of production tooling made, the factory then manufactured a handful of samples which were printed and photographed for final approval prior to mass production.

And here are the final product images. Bespoke Bomb and Mine shaped Stress Balls, produced in black with a two colour logo print on one side.
