To provide a quote all we need from you is a drawing or image of the shape you require and the rough quantity (minimum can be as low as 500pcs). Upon confirmation of order, a member from our team of highly skilled master sculptors will work from the images to create a resin sculpture. Once the sculpture is approved we will make the master tooling, spray masks and print setups - which gives us the ability to create a handful of printed pre-production samples which will be photographed and sent for approval. Once the sample images are approved we will then continue with the bulk production and ship the finished stress balls to your door.

FAQs
What is a bespoke stress ball?
Bespoke stress balls are shapes that are fully customised to your requirements. We can make the stress ball in a shape of your choice (such as a logo, character or product), coloured as you wish and finished with your personalised print.
What is the minimum order?
For bespoke shapes the minimum order quantity is 500pcs.
How long is delivery?
For custom shapes our standard lead time is 12-14 weeks . This depends on a number of factors, approval speed, level of detail required, print spec, shipping and customs.
Can any shape be made?
With 16 years of experience we are experts at helping you to create your custom design. We can advise of changes that would be required or make suggestions as to how to get the very best from the design. However, as the items are made from foam there are sometimes shapes that cannot be created due to manufacturing/printing limitations. If you are unsure please request a quote and we will tell you if the shape would be possible.
Can I get a sample?
Due to the manufacturing process with bespoke shapes a sample is not possible. Once the order is placed you will be involved in every step of manufacturing, with photo images sent for approval along the way.
Is there a tooling fee?
We do not charge a tooling fee on bespoke shapes, as a company we absorb this cost to ensure that the stress balls are affordable from the very first order. Many of our bespoke customers order from us time and time again.
Are there any hidden extras?
There are no hidden costs. Our quotes include the product cost, the printing and colouring specified on the quote along with shipping to a mainland UK address. If shipping is required outside of mainland UK please let us know and we will quote for this accordingly.
What size will my stress ball be?
Stress balls are designed in a size that will fit comfortably in the palm. For round shapes this tends to be around 60-70mm in diameter. For longer/thinner shapes we usually make these around 100mm in length.
What colour will my stress ball be - can you pantone match?
We can make and print the stress balls in a pantone colour of your choice. If you do not know the pantone reference we can help you select a close match. Colour and texture of a product can have an effect on the final print/product colour, so we do have to allow for a slight variance within this.
How will my stress balls be printed?
With bespoke stress balls we can colour larger sections using a spray of colour. With printing we can either pad print or transfer print depending on which method is best suited to both the product shape and print.
Can you make stress balls with gel inside?
All of our stress balls are made from polyurethane which is a foam product. We are unable to create stress balls with gel centres.
How/when do I pay?
We accept most credit/debit cards along with bacs payments. Payment of 50% is due at the time of order, which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance is due once the sample images are approved.
What is the difference between bespoke and customised stress balls?
A bespoke stress ball is a totally unique stress ball made in any shape you choose, and is fully customised from the design, colour and print. Customised stress balls tend to be standard shaped stress balls, in a choice of colours which can then be customised with your logo.
Can I order one of the bespoke shapes seen on your website?
All of our bespoke shapes are made custom for our clients and therefor are not available to order. These are on the website to show what is possible.
