Attitude Characters
DAMART
Founded in 1953 Damart is one of Europe’s biggest senior lifestyle brands. They were looking to make three characters that they use within the company called ‘Attitudes’ to launch a new reward and engagement platform for their employees.
This case study shows how we transformed the attitude stress ball visuals into final the finished product.

PRODUCT IMAGES SUPPLIED
We were provided with images showing the three characters, a few amendments to the shape were required for manufacturing purposes such as thickening the legs so they could stand. These were agreed with the client and we started on the hand sculpted resin images.
HAND SCULPTURED RESIN DESIGN
All three attitudes used the same base shape with the differences then being the colour and print. Images showing the shape and size, crafted from resin were sent to the client and quickly approved so we could proceed with the master tooling.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES
With the tooling complete we were able to make the final samples showing the shape, colour and print which allowed all three attitudes to really come to life. The client loved the sample images and approved the bulk production.
FINAL STAGE - BULK PRODUCTION
The bulk of the order was then manufactured, quality checked and shipped to the client who was excited to have these as a key part of a large internal launch.

I would also say that from initial enquiry to concept design right through to delivery, the communication, updates and process has been smooth and hassle free!
It has been exciting to see the product take shape and has really helped bring our ‘Attitudes’ to life.
We will be using the stress balls as part of a launch of a new reward and engagement platform for our colleagues in July – I am excited for the colleagues to see them!
