GBUK Group originally sent through an enquiry as they were unsure which of their products they wanted to get made into a bespoke shaped stress ball. We looked into a few options and a decision was made to proceed with a bespoke shaped FloJac lifting device and also a syringe as these were the shapes best suited to be made into a stress ball.

PRODUCT IMAGES SUPPLIED
Working from photo images of the FloJack lifting device we were able to quote and discuss with the marketing team the best way to simplify the design for manufacture without losing any of the important details.
DESIGN BRIEF CREATED
The marketing team then came up with this design, taking into account the recommendations we suggested. A QR code was added along with the logo and contact details along both sides.
HAND SCULPTURED RESIN DESIGN
Using all the images supplied, our team of talented master sculptures hand created a replica of the design in resin and images were sent to the marketing team for approval.
FINAL STAGE - MASS PRODUCTION
The resin images were quickly approved with no changes required which allowed us to proceed to the master tooling. With the master tooling made the next stage was to make a couple of fully coloured and printed samples for the final approval before bulk manufacture. Once again the sample images were approved and the bulk order was manufactured before being shipped to the customer. The FloJac lifts proved to be very popular and have already been re-ordered by the client.
