Businessmagnet - one of the UK's leading media companies approached us, with a request to produce a bespoke magnet shaped stress ball. The main requirements were to ensure the item was slim enough for postal restrictions, without reducing on the quality of shape, and most importantly it’s stress relief properties. This page details how we manufactured a bespoke magnet shaped stress ball for their promotional activities.

SKETCH OF INITIAL DESIGNS
Businessmagnet provided some simple design sketches, with dimensions to ensure the final item would be slim enough to fit within royal mail postal restrictions.
RESIN SCULPTURES
Our high skilled master sculptors used the design sketches to create a 3D resin model of the magnet stress ball. Photographs were taken and provided to the client (along with the all important dimensions) for approval.
PRE PRODUCTION SAMPLES
With the resin sculptures approved by the client, we then produced a handful of pre-production samples including the silver sprayed ends for a true to life magnet look and to ensure everything was correct before mass production.
FINAL PRODUCT IMAGES
With pre-production samples approved, we proceeded to manufacture the stress magnets in bulk, spray the ends for a life-like magnetic look and print them on both sides with the corporate message.
