PRODUCT IMAGES SUPPLIED
Forever living contacted us as they wanted to re-create a bottle of their best-selling aloe vera gel. Using the images supplied by the client, we were able to provide a quote that was quickly approved and we started work on created the mini stress bottles.
HAND SCULPTURED RESIN DESIGN
The first stage was to work from the images supplied to hand sculpt a resin model of the bottle. This was approved by the client, we then worked with their inhouse designer who created a simplified version of the bottle artwork that kept within brand guidelines.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES
The master tooling was created, and we produced a handful of the yellow bottles using the companies pantone colours, and then printed these using the supplied artwork. Images of these pre production samples were sent to the client who advised that they wanted to change the sizes of the text a little. This was adjusted and new sample images were sent and approved accordingly.
FINAL STAGE - MASS PRODUCTION
With the samples approved we progressed to the mass production of the stress balls. The bottles were manufactured with the bottle tops sprayed brown and then completed with the artwork on the front. The items then passed through quality control before being shipped to the client.
