Chillhop Music
Chillhop Music is the leading platform and label in lofi hip hop and jazzy hip hop. The best and chillest beats for working, studying and relaxing. Based in the Netherlands they contacted us, as they were looking to create a bespoke stress ball based on the shape of a soft toy racoon.
This page details how we took their soft toy raccoon and turned it into a personalised raccoon stress ball.

PRODUCT IMAGES SUPPLIED
We were sent images of the racoon that Chillhop wanted to replicate, this was a soft toy that they had previously produced. We discussed changes that would be required, the main ones being that the pocket detail on the front hoodie would not be possible (as that is where they wanted to print the logo) and that the tail would need to be moulded to the main body for manufacturing purposes.
HAND SCULPTURED RESIN DESIGN
Using these images we started on the hand sculpted resin design. Images of these were sent to Chillhop for approval and with no changes required we proceeded with the master tooling to allow us to make the sample images.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES
The racoons were then moulded, sprayed and printed. Images of these were then sent to the client. Some changes were requested to the spraying around the nose and eyes, and some amendments to the racoons colours. These changes were quickly made and the final sample images were approved for bulk production.
FINAL STAGE - BULK PRODUCTION
With the samples approved we progressed to the bulk production of the racoons. They were sprayed and printed before being checked by quality control, and then shipped to the client in the Netherlands.
