Getting your stress balls to you as quickly as possible is our main priority, but there
are some logistics involved.
PLAIN STOCK ITEMS
2-3 DAYSUnprinted stock items can be delivered to a UK mainland address in as little as a few days.

PRINTED STOCK ITEMS
2-3 WEEKSOur factories aim to run at full capacity at all times to enable us to offer you the very best value. Standard lead times for stocked items is 2-3 weeks and for UK manufactured goods that are produced to order this will be around 3 weeks from order and confirmation of artwork. If you need your stress balls sooner than this, don’t despair - contact us and we will do our very best to help.
MANUFACTURING ITEMS TO ORDER
3-8 WEEKSWe are one of the only suppliers who can source stress balls manufactured in the UK and also in the Far East, which gives you access to one of the largest selections of stress ball shapes for sale in the UK (we can also ship overseas). However, manufacturing stress balls isn’t as easy as 1-2-3, so it can take around three weeks from order (for UK made items) and for imported goods (from the Far East) up to seven to eight weeks. The lead times can vary depending on our production schedules so please contact us and we can advise you on accurate lead times based on our current production schedules.
BESPOKE ITEMS
6-12 WEEKSAs we source from both the UK and the Far East, we can deliver bespoke items sometimes as quickly as five to six weeks, but more detailed shapes shipped in from the Far East can take around eight to twelve weeks from order, so it’s best to plan ahead if you're looking for that ultimate giveaway - a bespoke one of a kind stress ball for your next event.
SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping prices displayed on the website are for deliveries to one UK Mainland address, please contact us for overseas shipping prices, or if you need your goods sent to multiple addresses. For overseas shipping or multiple delivery addresses please contact us with the full address(es) so we can advise of shipping costs and lead times.
ORDER TRACKING
Where possible we will email you a tracking link on the day of dispatch so you can stay up to date with the delivery progress of your order.
